Questions, answered
CacaoCeremonial cacao
What is ceremonial cacao?
Cacao in a pure, minimally processed form, made to be prepared and enjoyed slowly — traditionally in ritual or ceremony. Ours is 100% single-origin from the Peruvian Amazon, with nothing added.
How do I prepare it?
Finely chop your chosen dose (see the dosage guide on the product page), add it to 200 ml of hot (not boiling) water or plant-based milk, and whisk until frothy. Full steps are on the product page and the Rituals page.
How much should I use?
Light daily dose 10–15 g · medium 15–25 g · meditation 25–35 g.
What does it taste like?
Rich and smooth, with natural notes of passionfruit, mango, plum, ripe banana, light citrus, subtle caramel, and a gentle floral finish — all natural, nothing added. The flavour comes from the beans themselves: we blend beans of different varieties, each with a taste of its own.

Our blue lotus is whole dried flowers (Nymphaea nouchali) from Sri Lanka. We’ll share the full sourcing story once it’s verified.
