Our story
There are three of us: a mother and two daughters. We work with ceremonial cacao and blue lotus.
Since 2021 we have been drinking ceremonial cacao and taking part in ceremonies. We decided to look for a way to offer it in the UK without compromising on quality.
On our travels in Peru we found a small family chocolate factory that works directly with farmers and understands how ceremonial cacao differs from ordinary cacao. Their reliability, transparency and attention to the quality of the beans helped make the idea real. Together with them we agreed on the production, visited the plantations and chose the beans. That is how our recipe was born.
The cacao we offer is 100% cacao mass. No added sugar, preservatives or other additives. The taste comes from the beans, so they have to be good. Beside it is our blue lotus: whole dried flowers from Sri Lanka, with nothing added. That is the whole range: ceremonial cacao in a 250 g pack, and blue lotus in 10 g and 20 g pouches.
A small range lets us know every batch, keep it fresh and answer those who ask. We add nothing more until a new thing is at least as good as what we already have.
What we believe
Four things we keep coming back to.
Slowness is a practice.
How you prepare something changes how you experience it.
Origin matters.
One supply chain. Real farms. Traceable, handmade, minimally processed.
Less, better.
A small range, made well, beats a shelf of noise.
No theatre.
No buzz, no fix, no borrowed mysticism we can’t stand behind.
Not a hit. A homecoming.
